Ms. Fritsch, where does your passion for IT come from?
My enthusiasm for IT started very early. At the age of eight, I watched in fascination as my mother stared at her computer screen — and suddenly the word “Schnarch!!” appeared. It was a little prank set up by a family friend together with me. Later, during my school years, I gained my first experience with programming languages and quickly realized how exciting the world of technology is.
Still, I knew that a pure IT degree wouldn’t be the right fit for me. I would have missed the direct interaction with people — the exchange, the collaboration, the shared problem‑solving. That’s why I chose the Management & IT program, which for me represents the perfect combination of technology and communication.
