We conduct status and potential analyses based on a systematic evaluation of the current digital maturity state of digitization. We recommend a duration of 4 hours for this. Together with you, we develop a structured overview of opportunities and risks. The conclusion forms a rough guideline for implementation.
Providing strategic supportcan be particularly beneficial. Its goal is to develop concrete change and implementation processes in a kick-off meeting. Depending on the company, we recommend between 8 and 24 hours – ideally in half-day workshops.
These are subsidized with a maximum of €1,000 (or 50%) and provide a good basis for implementation.
The implementation of digitization projects is currently subsidized with a maximum of 30% or €6,000.
However, this subsidy can only be applied for after the consultation.
