The Digital Pilot Program is aimed at micro and small businesses with physical locations in Tyrol. The goal is to offer these companies straightforward and free assistance in the area of digitalization. Experienced IT experts, known as digital pilots, are available to assist businesses in discussing initial measures and developing individual strategies. They address questions such as:
- How can my company be found more easily online?
- What are the advantages of having my own website?
- What do I need for an online shop?
- How can I increase IT security in my company?
- How can the IT processes in my company be improved?
Participating companies benefit from up to 15 hours of consulting by IT experts worth €1,000 plus any applicable sales tax. Thanks to a sponsorship agreement, this consulting service is free of charge for companies. In return, companies only commit to participating in a short online survey, signing a checklist, and displaying a Digital Pilot advertising board in their business premises for a period of one month.
