In the Status and Potential Analysis, the current level of digitalization in your company is assessed in a structured way. You will receive up to 80% or a maximum of €400 refunded for the consulting costs.
We recommend a 4‑hour analysisduring which we jointly identify opportunities, risks, and concrete areas for action. The results provide a clear and well‑founded orientation for your next steps.
Strategy Consulting – up to €1,000 in funding
Particularly valuable is the funding available in the Strategycategory. The goal is to define concrete change and implementation processes in a kick‑off session.
Depending on company size and needs, we recommend 8 to 24 hours, ideally conducted as half‑day workshops.
The funding covers up to €1,000 (50%) and creates a solid foundation for the successful implementation of your digitalization initiatives.
Implementation Funding – up to €6,000
For the actual implementation of your digitalization projects, up to €6,000 (30%) is available. This funding can only be applied for after the consulting phase has been completed.
