The costs vary depending on the range of functions.
A relatively unknown alternative for internal and external company communication is Ginlo. This product promises GDPR compliance, intuitive use, and a wide range of functions at a very attractive price for companies. For example, you can synchronize your chats and histories on up to 10 devices (mobile/PC), use channels for customer communication, and manage users centrally. The servers are located in Germany, and the product and technology have been on the market for years. For private users, the app is of course free of charge. Customers can therefore install the app free of charge and then subscribe to your company's channel(s) to stay up to date.
