
A CRM system collects and organizes all customer data in one central location. This reduces manual data entry and information searches. This, in turn, is reflected in customer satisfaction: when a customer contacts the company and the employee has all the data at their fingertips, they can respond to the customer more effectively. A CRM system is therefore a sensible investment for small businesses to promote business growth.
We deal with CRM systems quite a lot. In addition to various open source options such as Invoice Plane, Salesforce Starter Edition is one of our most recommended systems. At only €25 per user per month, it is a very good option in terms of price. In addition to CRM functionality, it offers various marketing and service functions to provide a 360-degree view of the customer. Compared to other systems, setup is very easy and maintenance of the platform is intuitive.
If, after a few months or years, it becomes clear that more functions are needed, you can upgrade to a higher license. For existing users, (almost) nothing changes—except that there are more functions 😉
