Turning an idea into a business

We, Anja und Alexander, met at HALLAG Kommunal GmbH at the beginning of 2020. Together, we managed a digital transformationproject that spanned all departments of the company. It quickly became clear that we worked efficiently as a team and complemented each other perfectly, both professionally and personally.

From this experience grew the desire to share our expertise not only within existing teams but also with our clients. Since we are not “speakers” but true “doers” , A-SQUARE was born – a company that stands for practical solutions, clear structures, and sustainable digitalization.

Alexander Christanell

I have nearly 26 years of experience in the IT industry. I began my career as an industrial mechanic specializing in machine and system technology. Driven by my fascination for IT systems, I later moved into retail, working as a sales representative and IT technician. During this time, I also gained my first leadership experience – paving the way for my long‑term path into IT.

I first acquired my project management skills in the tourism sector. Afterwards, I worked as a consultant supporting small and medium‑sized businesses across various industries.

Mag. (FH) Anja Fritsch

I have been a passionate consultant for many years and today I am the Managing Director of A‑SQUARE GmbH. In addition to various Salesforce and AI certifications , I hold the TERP10 (SAP) certification as well as the certification as a Digital Transformation Expert.

Since November 2021, I have been fully dedicated to our company A‑SQUARE. Before that, I worked as an IT project manager at HALLAG Kommunal GmbH , supporting all departments in their digitalization efforts and advising on new software and IT solutions.

My core areas of expertise are process optimization and project management. Through various positions – including at D. Swarovski KG, Apracor GmbH, TUI, and Tiscover/HRS – I gained extensive experience with a wide range of systems.

My professional journey began with tutoring and working as a judo coach, ski instructor, and snowboard instructor. After a two‑year “snow break” in Tyrol and New Zealand, I completed my Management and IT studies at MCI (Management Center Innsbruck), graduating with a Master’s degree in 2010.
