
This came as a surprise to most employees. The problems that emerged ranged from a lack of hardware and software to rethinking existing processes. Everywhere, a lot of printing is still done so that documents can be signed manually.
But that's not so easy when working from home. At the latest when it comes to getting a quick signature from a supervisor, even the last employee fails. After years of trying to bring about change, employees suddenly have an active desire and motivation to optimize existing processes.

Because without the will to change, it is difficult to implement change in a company. Often, an outsider, i.e., someone from outside the company, can achieve more and awaken the desire for change. And now we are heading into the next hard lockdown, but we are as ready as possible for working from home, home schooling , and staying at home.
